You can choose to purchase your favourites or opt for our flexible hire option. Faux bouquets can be hired for three months and swapped out whenever you're ready for a seasonal refresh.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including your estimated delivery date. If you have any questions or need help, feel free to reach out to us through our contact page - we're always happy to assist.

We understand that plans change. If you notify us before 1pm on the day your order is placed, we’ll be happy to update your delivery address or cancel your order free of charge.

For multiple delivery addresses, separate shipping charges will apply. For changes or cancellations after this window, please email us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 24 hours. You'll receive an estimate delivery date in your confirmation email.

Once your order is on its way, you can track it via DPD courier. Should there be any delays, we’ll always communicate clearly and keep you updated.

We’re committed to beautiful, sustainable packaging. Bouquets are tied with paper covered wire, wrapped in brown paper, and sealed with our signature F&P stickers. Vases are wrapped in tissue, and wherever possible, we reuse boxes to reduce waste.
