Refund policy

You’ll need to return your item at your own cost. Please ensure everything is sent back in its original packaging, and that any delicate or breakable items are securely protected. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping the receipt, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.

If your return is due to an error on our part or your item arrives damaged, we’ll cover the return costs and guide you through the process.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 48 hours. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

Please note: original delivery charges are non-refundable unless your item is confirmed as faulty.

Faulty Items
We package every order with care, but if something isn’t quite right or your item arrives damaged, we’re very sorry. Please email within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

Full name
Shipping address
Clear photos of the item
We’ll look into the issue and work quickly to put things right.

Need to cancel or change your order? Email us as soon as you can at….If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to make the changes in time.
